I’m Sally, and I’m based right here in beautiful Co. Donegal, Ireland.
My love affair with horses started way back in my childhood, and it’s a passion that’s never faded. The idea for me creating horsehair jewellery actually came about during a really emotional time back in 2012. Driving back from UCD veterinary college after leaving my precious mare in for major surgery, with the very real possibility I might not be bringing her home, it struck me how fleeting photographs can be.
That’s when the idea sparked: to create lasting keepsakes from the very essence of these incredible animals.
Each piece of jewellery is lovingly handcrafted to order in my workshop, right here in Donegal, using either sterling silver or gold. Because every horse is unique, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same – making your piece truly one-of-a-kind.
