Every strand of hair that you send me tells a story and I know how much these memories mean to you. That’s why I treat every strand of horsehair with the utmost respect. Any hair that isn’t used in your custom piece is never wasted—it’s placed safely into one of our cotton keepsake bags and returned home to you, making sure every part of your horse stays right where it belongs: with you.
